Sometimes you need to be evasive. My momma would beat my ass if I
lied.
CFReNews: What curse word do you say the most when your pissed?
Verna: Bitch.
CFReNews: We asked Verna if she knew what the seven deadly
sins were and she named them all except for Sloth. Although, we
weren't clear on a definition for sloth, she agreed to answer a
question from that category. We asked Verna the following
question: How many times did you hit the snooze button on your
alarm clock this morning?
Verna: Alarm Clock? Never! I'm retired.
*It is important to note: Verna emailed a couple of days
later with the definition for Sloth, which means emotionally
and physically inactive, wasting time. No wonder she wasn't
familiar with this sin!*
CFReNews: If you could change one thing about CFR, what would it be?
Verna: I'd like to teach CFR to sing in perfect harmony.
We want to thank Verna for her candidness. It was a
fantastic interview! We had a wonderful time getting to know each
other better and the wine was great too. Thanks so much
Verna! We asked Verna what her thoughts were about the interview
and she said she had a ball and they were perfect questions.
Verna, we want you to know that we appreciate you and what you do for our club. Thank YOU!
Stay tuned, as next month's feature scoop will be Mike L.!
